Broadhaven Construction Pvt Ltd, a fast-rising technology construction firm, has launched the ‘Build Now, Pay Later’ facility.

This new offer is aimed at Zimbabweans living in the US and Canada, allowing them to take a swift step toward property ownership.

The initiative is part of Broadhaven’s flagship project, Borrowdale Valley Estate. The company encourages diaspora members to take advantage of this flexible opportunity for homeownership.

Key Broadhaven projects and developments

Speaking ahead of the Zim Diaspora Property Showcase, Broadhaven CEO Munyaradzi Majoni highlighted several ongoing projects.

One major project is the large-scale public sector housing development, which will build 130 blocks, totalling 1,560 three-bedroom flats in Dzivarasekwa, Harare, and Bulawayo.

According to New Zimbabwe, Majoni said the company uses modern concrete modular building techniques to enhance development efficiency. Broadhaven is also creating an affordable resort designed for families, events, and relaxation.

In addition to housing and resort projects, Broadhaven is developing a private university to elevate Zimbabwe’s educational sector.

The company is committed to sustainable development, with strong partnerships in renewable energy and water technology. Broadhaven has delivered several major projects across Zimbabwe, including the AfreximBank African Trade Centre in Harare.
