Amidst mounting concerns over underperformance within his cabinet, President Emmerson Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe has initiated a mini-reshuffle, reassigning three key ministers. In the latest development, Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube has been reassigned to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, taking over from Sekai Nzenza.
